To streamline the operators’ work, the system allows you to map, segment, zone, and label areas within a 3D Canvas, offering a clear view of where each device, asset, or sensor is located. This simplifies the identification of emergency or scheduled repairs, as well as any risk alarms. Moreover, it features customizable graphical displays across multiple monitors and a TTS (Text-to-Speech) capability driven by real-time intelligence in over 100 languages. In parallel, a mass notification system sends the exact event location via email, voice channel, PA System, WhatsApp, and other configurable means.

Our solution includes a comprehensive dashboard, powered by data in a database, to minimize waste in maintenance, operations, and inventory. It also includes depreciation calculations, maintenance control, and quality KPIs like OEE for each registered piece of equipment. This approach provides cost forecasting for maintenance and operations, along with automated schedules for preventive and predictive maintenance. Detailed information on each device, depreciation tracking, and part replacement estimations enables minimum inventory management based on AI-driven historical data, ensuring continuous efficiency monitoring.
